Order Inspection & Documentation

We take pride in making sure every order is properly prepared before it leaves us. All products are carefully inspected and, when applicable, tested before being packaged and shipped.

We also take photos and/or record videos of orders during the packing process for documentation and quality-control purposes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

If your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or report.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs after the package leaves our possession.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to an error on our end, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photos or videos of the item and packaging to investigate the issue. Our packing photos and/or videos may also be reviewed.

If the issue is confirmed to have been caused by an error on our end, we will determine the appropriate resolution and contact you directly.
